Terms of Use
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These terms cover the notiphi public website at www.notiphi-app.com and notiphi-app.com, including its access-request flow and contact page. The website is operated by Elliott Business Solutions, LLC, doing business as notiphi (“notiphi,” “we,” “us”). By using the website after having an opportunity to review these terms, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website access is not product access
The website explains notiphi and lets you request access to its invite-only private beta. Submitting a request does not guarantee an invitation, product availability, a launch date, a particular feature, or a price. We may accept, decline, or limit access requests at our discretion.
Using the product requires separate product agreements. These website terms do not create a paid subscription, service-level commitment, event-management relationship, or consent to receive SMS. Visiting a page, requesting access, scanning a QR code, or accepting these terms does not enroll you in event texts.
Who can submit a request
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement to submit an access request. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Give us accurate information and do not impersonate another person or organization.
This age rule applies to website access applicants (for example, organizers or advisors requesting beta access). It is not the attendee age policy for event text enrollment. Attendee eligibility and consent for SMS will be addressed in the product’s enrollment materials when that program is live.
Use the website responsibly
You may browse the site and use its forms for their intended purposes. Do not:
- break the law or infringe someone else’s rights;
- send spam, deceptive requests, malicious code, or unauthorized personal information;
- bypass access controls or rate limits, disrupt the site, or probe nonpublic systems without permission;
- scrape, mirror, republish, or commercially reuse website materials without permission, except as allowed by law;
- imply that notiphi endorses you or your product when it has not.
Ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages is allowed, subject to published crawler instructions. We may restrict or suspend access to protect the website, address misuse, or comply with law.
Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the website’s protected content and materials, including its copy, designs, graphics, software, and branding. The notiphi name, logos, and other source-identifying features are trademarks or trade dress claimed by Elliott Business Solutions, LLC. No trademark registration is implied by this notice.
You may view the site and keep a personal or internal reference copy with ownership notices intact. That limited permission does not let you copy, scrape, mirror, adapt, distribute, or reuse protected materials to market or build a competing offering. Fair use and other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain available. These terms do not claim ownership of general ideas or prevent lawful, independent development of similar functionality.
Submitting an access request or feedback does not give you ownership of, or a license to, notiphi intellectual property. You retain rights in your own submissions and give us permission to use them as needed to respond and evaluate your request, consistent with our Privacy Notice. You also allow us to use voluntary product suggestions without payment or attribution. This does not authorize publication of your personal information, name, or logo as an endorsement. Do not send confidential proposals unless we have separately agreed to receive them confidentially.
Examples, plans, and third parties
Screenshots, sample messages, timelines, and AI demonstrations may be illustrative or scripted. Descriptions of planned features are not promises that those features are available or will ship. Website pricing, if shown, is informational unless confirmed in a separate offer you accept.
notiphi is not an emergency-response, medical, transportation-supervision, or public-safety service, or a substitute for campus, chapter, venue, or emergency procedures. Nothing on this website guarantees safe conditions, event outcomes, or delivery of a message. In an emergency, contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices; a link is not an endorsement, and we do not control their content or services.
Website availability and responsibility
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the website or its content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. No statement here limits a warranty or right that the law does not allow us to exclude.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, notiphi and its personnel and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from use of this website. This section concerns the website only, not a separately contracted product service. It does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections remain in force.
Questions and disputes
Email hello@notiphi-app.com with questions or a dispute so we can try to resolve it. This is an invitation to resolve problems, not a mandatory waiting period or a restriction on lawful claims.
Governing law and venue for disputes about these website terms will be stated here when these terms become effective. Until then, contact us at the email below about any dispute.
These website terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action or jury-trial rights. Any such provision would need a separate, clearly disclosed agreement.
Changes and other details
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a new version and date. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement when required. Changes do not retroactively alter accrued rights or disputes. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Our decision not to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of it.
These terms govern website use only. A separate signed agreement controls any conflicting matter within its scope. Our Privacy Notice explains website data handling; SMS Information explains the planned event-message program.
