Event updates, when your event offers them
notiphi, operated by Elliott Business Solutions, LLC, is developing an opt-in event text-message program. This website does not currently enroll attendees or send event texts. This page explains the planned program; it is not an enrollment form or the final terms for a live event-message subscription.
When available for your event, notiphi Event Updates will send recurring operational messages on behalf of your organizer. These may include schedule reminders, delays, cancellations, location changes, group instructions, and boarding or departure updates. They are not a subscription to unrelated advertising or promotional texts.
Consent
Your event’s enrollment instructions will identify the event, sender number, JOIN message, expected message frequency, and applicable SMS terms and privacy notice before you subscribe.
The planned flow is simple: scan the event’s QR code to open a prepared text, review it, and press Send to request enrollment. You can also type and send the displayed JOIN message yourself. Use a mobile number you are authorized to enroll.
Scanning a QR code, opening a text draft, appearing on an organizer’s roster, being assigned to a group, visiting this website, or requesting beta access does not give SMS consent. Agreeing to the website terms does not give SMS consent either. Consent to event texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Frequency and charges
Messages may be sent automatically according to the event schedule or an organizer’s updates. Message frequency varies by event and your subscribed groups, with more messages possible during an active event. The event’s enrollment disclosure will explain its expected frequency, including any high-frequency program.
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for charges, including charges for messages you send. The program will depend on supported carriers and SMS-capable devices.
STOP
For an active subscription, reply STOP to the number sending the messages to opt out. You may receive one non-promotional confirmation. We also honor other clear, reasonable requests to stop, including requests sent to hello@notiphi-app.com. Include the affected number so we can locate the subscription; do not send sensitive event details.
The event’s enrollment disclosure will explain the sender and the exact opt-out scope (for example, that number, that event, or a broader notiphi program). We will not switch numbers to get around your opt-out. To rejoin, follow the program’s current enrollment instructions.
HELP
Reply HELP for program assistance, or email hello@notiphi-app.com. Contact your organizer directly for event logistics. SMS replies are not an emergency or continuously staffed support channel.
Carrier notice
Messages can be delayed, filtered, or fail to arrive because of carrier, network, device, or other limitations. Delivery and exact timing are not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Not an emergency service
notiphi is not an emergency-alert system and does not determine whether an event, location, vehicle, or activity is safe. Don’t rely on a text as your only source of urgent information. Follow applicable campus, chapter, venue, and emergency procedures and contact 911 or local emergency services when needed.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in or consent records will not be sold or disclosed for third parties’ marketing or promotional use. Operating the program will require appropriate processing by messaging providers and carriers and limited access for authorized event operations. The product’s separate privacy notice will explain those recipients, uses, retention, and your choices before enrollment.
Our Website Privacy Notice covers this website. Our Website Terms do not replace the separate product and SMS agreements. Posting or updating this page does not enroll you, expand an existing consent, or authorize additional message categories.
