How it works
From the schedule you already have to approved texts sent at the right time, even when plans change — all without another app for members and guests to download.
From schedule to live event
Five steps from the plan you already have to texts that keep everyone moving when something shifts.
Step 1
Tell notiphi about your event
Share your event's details-format doesn't matter.
Paste a spreadsheet, a group chat dump, or a rough agenda. notiphi pulls out the bits that matter—who, when, where—so you're not rebuilding the plan in yet another tool.
Step 2
notiphi organizes it
AI turns it into a live timeline with groups, locations, and communications.
You get a structured view of the event flow and who needs to hear what and when. Review it before the event starts so the timeline matches how you want it to run.
Step 3
Members and guests send a text
Attendees subscribe by text—no app or account needed.
A QR opens Messages with JOIN already filled in—or they text JOIN to the event number. They get a short confirmation, then a text when things kick off or the next stage starts. No app, no account.

You're in for Bid Day. We'll text updates here.
Doors open at 10am — head over when you're ready.
Step 4
Run your event
Track what's happening and let notiphi adjust the schedule when plans change.
As the event goes on, tell notiphi what's happening live. It suggests what to shift and what to keep the same—then waits for your say-so before anything goes out.
Something shifts
Bus 2 is running 15 minutes late. People will be waiting outside in the cold longer than they should.
notiphi suggests
Keep Group B (riding Bus 2) inside for now. Group A (riding Bus 1) can start boarding on time. Notify Group B that their bus is 15 minutes behind.
Step 5
Everyone stays in the loop
Members and guests keep getting texts as plans change without any extra effort.
You approve the changes and keep running the event; notiphi makes sure the right people get the right texts at the right time.
